Villa Marie East Indies has a bit of a different feel to it compared to the other island villas. Yes, its surrounded by scenic rice paddies and the lush vegetation Bali's famous for. Sure, it has a lavish pool and spacious garden and of course, the location is spot on being a close drive to central Canggu and the beach. However, instead of the normal joglo style building this five bedroom villa has a luxurious, grand Colonial feel. As soon as you enter the grounds it’s a bit like stepping into another world. The welcoming veranda opens out to the garden with its centre piece water feature. While along the side of the house you’ll find plenty of benches to rest and enjoy the open space. The property sits on a 1800 metre square piece of land. Which gives plenty of room to enjoy the outside covered dining area and luscious tropical gardens. Towards the back of the property there’s even more space with the salt water pool, sun loungers and raised 8 seater bale, all perfect for lazing in the sun. And if yoga is your thing, you’ll find lots plenty of peaceful areas to find your zen. Inside the smooth and soothing colours are the first thing you’ll notice. Together with the natural light that streams in it gives the place an instant charm. Villa Marie has wide open living spaces with lots of places to cosy up in. In the kitchen you’ll find all the latest gizmos like La Germania appliances, a blender and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen features an island table with high chairs making meal preparation a team effort. Or of course you could just call upon the in-house chef. Bedrooms

There are 4 master suites which each have their own private bathrooms. The two upstairs have commanding views of the whole property, were as the 2 on the lower floor are inside their own bungalow pavilion with unique outdoor bathrooms. On the ground floor is the fifth and final room which, if needed, can have an additional bunk bed set up.
