The accommodation is arranged as a pair of two-storey, two-bedroom, interconnecting ocean-view apartments and a superb cliff-edge master suite, each with their own private living areas and pools. One of the many attractions of Villa Markisa is the choice of communal and private living areas. On the upper level of the guest pavilion are two interconnecting air-conditioned living rooms. Stairs from both rooms lead down to the dining rooms. On both levels, the huge doors separating the living and dining areas can be closed off for privacy or retracted for sociable living. The social heart of Villa Markisa is the huge open-sided living pavilion that looks out over the vast expanse of lawn and provides the communal living and dining areas. A large cliff-edge balewith outdoor dining and ocean view sundeck round out this superb offering. Guests will have full access to the shared sports centre with full size tennis tennis court, squash court, gym and spa. Bedrooms

Hovering high above the ocean, the cliff-front one bedroom master suite at Villa Markisa enjoys spectacular views from it’s private pool deck and has it’s own living area and pool. It’s hard to imagine a more romantic setting than this – perfect for newly weds. The air conditioned bedroom features king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with twin basins, bathtub, monsoon shower, and walk-in wardrobe. The ocean-view guest pavilion is ideal for accommodating two families and holds a pair of matching two-bedroom units, each with its own living and dining rooms and pool. All four air-conditioned guest rooms are furnished with split-king beds giving the flexibility of either king or twin configurations. There are two bedrooms on each level and all enjoy enchanting ocean views; the upper-level rooms open onto a glass-fronted balconies and the two garden level bedrooms onto the pool decks. The ensuite bathrooms are equally generous in size, with walk-in wardrobes/dressing areas, twin basins, monsoon shower enclosures, and statement bathtubs.
